We are currently seeking a team member to join our rapidly growing company in the position of International Sales.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferably a graduate of Engineering faculties (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related fields),
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in the pressure vessel, tanker, machinery, or steel manufacturing sectors),
- Experienced in managing technical specifications, tender procedures, sales contracts, and international trade operations,
- Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications and convert customer needs into technical and commercial offers,
- Proven success in B2B sales, business development, and long-term customer relationship management,
- Advanced command of Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking),
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills,
- Analytical thinker, research-oriented, result-driven, and a strong team player,
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally,
- Residing in Istanbul (Asian side) or Kocaeli,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Execute international sales operations for the company’s products and services,
- Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones,
- Prepare price offers, conduct negotiations, and finalize sales contracts,
- Manage tender documentation, quotation processes, and post-sales operations,
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies,
- Collaborate with Project Management and Foreign Trade teams to ensure customer satisfaction,
- Plan, monitor, and report sales performance to achieve targets,
- Represent the company at industry fairs and events.
