Job Summary :

The Production Planning Engineer is responsible for preparing, monitoring, and optimizing production plans to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing production capacity and resource utilization. The role requires close coordination with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering departments to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and capacity.

-Monitor production progress and update schedules accordingly.

-Analyze production capacity, bottlenecks, and resource utilization.

-Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

-Follow up on material availability and production constraints.

-Maintain and update ERP/MES planning data.

-Track production KPIs such as OEE, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery.

-Prepare planning reports and performance analyses for management.

-Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency.

-Participate in production meetings and provide planning-related recommendations.

Required Qualifications :

-Bachelor's degree in a related field.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.

-Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities.

-Excellent command of written and spoken English.
