Supply Chain Management Engineer

Responsibilities :
-Coordinate purchasing, material planning, logistics, and supplier follow-up activities
-Monitor material requirements in line with the production plan
-Follow up purchase orders, delivery schedules, and critical materials
-Communicate with local and international suppliers regarding delivery, quality, and commercial issues
-Take necessary actions for delayed or critical materials
-Support supplier performance monitoring and SCM KPI reporting
-Manage and follow up SCM transactions through SAP / ERP systems
-Work closely with Planning, Production, Quality, Finance, Project Management, and HQ SCM teams
-Support cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and supply chain optimization activities.

Qualifications :
-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related engineering field
-Preferably 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Material Planning, or Logistics within a manufacturing environment
-Good knowledge of SAP / ERP systems is preferred
-Strong MS Excel skills
-Good command of written and spoken English
-Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
-Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment
-Strong communication and coordination skills
-Able to work in Aliağa, İzmir.
