How does it work?
- Full-time (5 days/week) during summer
- Minimum 2–3 days/week during the academic year
- Real projects, real responsibilities, real growth
Who are we looking for?
You might be the one if you:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Creating candidate pools, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating the end-to-end interview scheduling process.
- Comprehensive HR Experience (Rotation): Gaining a holistic Human Resources experience by actively taking part in projects across HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Payroll and Personnel Administration, and Training departments during a long-term internship program.
- Employer Branding and Talent Communication: Taking an active role in organizing campus events, career fairs, and technical visits.
- Digital Content and Internal Communication: Supporting the design of internal communications; creating innovative visual and video content for employer branding using tools such as Canva and Clipchamp.
- HR Operations and Reporting: Supporting the organization of personnel files, keeping the HR database up to date, and assisting with data input for departmental reporting processes.
