WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

*The position will be located inGöcek.

• Minimum high school graduation certificate,
• Minimum 2-year experience in a 5-star hotel in similar position,
• Fluency in English,
• Other language skills an advantage,
• Building teamwork,
• Good Interpersonal Skills,

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

• Good product knowledge of all food, beverage products.
• Supports the day-to-day operation of the outlet.
• Ensures the set-up and clearance is done according to set standard.
• Communicate with the guest according to the standards set by D-Resort Göcek.
• Assist captain in presenting the menu, making recommendations and taking orders.
• Serving food and beverage items and ensuring prompt service.
• Follow up on billing and checking procedures.
• Co-ordinate and assist the clearing of tables and stations.
• Ensure that the captain is kept informed of all guest comments and complaints.
• Attend communication meeting, briefings and training sessions as scheduled.
• To keep uniform neat and clean and ensure good personal grooming and hygiene in accordance to the standards of D- Resort Göcek.
