QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a qualified “Human Resources Manager” for D-Resort Göcek.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Hospitality Management or Social Science
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced communication and coaching skills
  • Co-operative, creative, analytic, team player and people oriented,.
  • At least 3 years of work experience luxury hospıtality in similar Human Resources Roles
  • Good knowledge and experience in the fields of Labor Law and Social Security Regulations,
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Programmes ,
  • Very good command of written & spoken English,


Job Description


  • Planning, directing and implementing policies, initiatives and processes in;

- Recruitment & selection,

- Compensation & benefits,

- Training & development,

- Employee relations,

- Safety & health,

- Management organisation and practices,

  • Managing the group's performance management system and working closely with guidance team to implement related processes
  • Ensuring the Hotel has proper manning plan and has necessary workforce according to off and peak seasons
  • Preparing management reports as requested,
  • Ensuring legal requirements by Labor Law are adhered at all times.
