We are looking for a dynamic candidate to the Food and Beverage Manager in supervising and coordinating all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation in fantastic outlets to maximize Food and Beverage Revenue.

• University or vocational high school degree in relevant field,
• Minimum 4 years experience in the same position,
• Solid experience in Food and Beverage operations in luxury hotels,
• Strong personality,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Guest satisfaction focused,
• Fluency in English, any other language is a plus, German and Russian language will be an advantage.

İŞ TANIMI

The Food and Bevarege Manager is expected to lead by example by being a hands-on person, thoroughly involved in the day to day operation, she/he is also expected to support and guide outlet managers to capitalize on any promotional or revenue generating opportunities.
 
The role of the Food and Beverage Manager expands to covering the management role in attending meetings, setting budgets, analysing P&L, and managing manning of all levels.
