Danone Turkey Water business is looking for a "R&I Packaging Development Specialist" who will be responsible for Still Water & Sparkling Water packaging development process concerning renovation, innovation and costs/quality related projects.

Be responsible from the following requirements:
- Provides engineering specifications for the development of private brand packaging and labeling for assigned Divisional brands to ensure product development and brand objectives are maintained.
- Manages execution and drives performance of packaging development.
- Builds relationships with cross-functional team members and external partners.
- Ensures specifications meet all legal, structural, material, fixture application and protection requirements.
- Works with Product Development Managers & Specialists to develop cost efficient packaging and labeling programs for the timely release of these programs to Packaging Sourcing.
- Maintain working relationships with packaging suppliers as well as outside creative and structural resources and merchandise suppliers to ensure specifications are compatible with existing methods and production capabilities.
- Reviews and evaluates pre- and post-production samples for quality assurance and brand synergy.
- Brings regular innovation and new ideas to Creative Packaging.
- Taking part in the installation of the new project, saving studies, duplication trials, SAP transition studies, SAP factory-based annual BOM control projects.
- Settling up & updating QDMS specification system
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:
- Preferably min 2-3 years packaging development experience in FMCG Beverage Still Water & Sparkling companies or experienced Quality & Production back round in food and beverage sector.
- University degree from Food / Mechanical / Chemical / Physics Engineering Departments
- Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively creative thinking and out of the box approach to problem solving
- High level of curiosity for new consumer trends in the industry as well as technological solution.
- Self-motivation with ability to quickly understand objectives.
- Strong analytical skills , dynamic, result oriented and motivated.
- Ability to effectively manage time and follow directions.
- Excellent communication in English
- Residence in Bursa and open to frequent Danone factories and supplier trips between different cities.
