• University degree, post-graduation preferred
• Languages required and level: English, Fluent with Business Level written and spoken
• 2-4 years of experience in business process analysis and reporting preferably finance and/or sales business processes
• High level of experience in analytic tools (BW mainly)
• Preferably database management in preferably SQL (maintained SQL scripts indexes and complex queries for analysis and extraction, performed quality testing and assurance for SQL servers, recommended resolutions ensuring optimal performance)

İŞ TANIMI
• Assist and manage IS projects, conduct need analysis with key users and formulate IS solutions to business processes
• Convert requirements to business processes and application design in a global and shared business environment
• Work with solution providers to ensure delivery on time with expected functionality
• Drive architecture and technology choices for the mobile products
• Follow-up implementation of project and provide support
• Keep IS Service Level as agreed
• Ensure technical watch, inform other IS/IT personnel about news of interest
• Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications and ensure applications documentation and users ownership
• Identify opportunities for applications' evolutions based on analysis of existing applications efficiency and be able to propose applications' optimization actions to meet business needs and IS/IT standards.
• Lead or participate in projects (including complex cross departments and cross domains) as decided in the Master Plan to successful conclusion.
• Managing internal and external suppliers and other resources.
• Educate and influence the business. Challenging existing business practices and drive changes to technology enabled best practices.
