GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Founded in 2013, DAS TR Automotive is an automotive supplier industry company that dedicates its resources to technological progress and produces automotive seats and components. DAS TR Automotive continues and develops its production activities with the principle of safety and comfort. DAS TR Automotive also adopts an environmentally friendly product approach by strengthening its R&D Centers.

We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer to be assigned at our factory located in the İzmit district of Kocaeli.

• Bachelor's degree preferably from Industrial, Metallurgical, Mechanical, Mechatronics and Chemical Engineering departments of universities

• New graduate or at least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector and in the field of quality

• Those who plan to pursue a career in the automotive industry

• Fluent in English,

• Strong communication, open to development,

• Completed military service for male candidates

• Knowledge of Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC, FMEA

• Able to read technical drawing

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 Quality Management System

• Proficient in MS Office applications and able to use applications effectively

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execution of quality control (entry quality control, process quality control, supplier quality) activities,

• Follow-up of customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction,

• Making the necessary preparations before the audits and following up and eliminating the deficiencies identified in the audits,

• Leading the problem solving activities, following the actions,

• Follow-up, analysis and actions of quality performance indicators.

• Management of the quality team
