QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Being the largest facilitator of dental treatment in Turkey, we are committed to dental excellence, ensuring only the very best materials are sourced from across the globe. The Dental Centres are first class and located in stunning locations along the Mediterranean coast including Antalya and Fethiye.

 For our operations in Antalya, DCT Solutions, we need a new team member for;

 Job Description

Apply effective recruitment processes to ensure appropriate candidates are hired in a timely manner for open positions,

Manage the implementation of human resources policies and procedures in line with company objectives,

Creation and manage implementation of job descriptions for the company and its affiliates,

Design, organise and direct training and development programs in line with personnel needs and business objectives,

Manage the integration and communication of new/ updated HR policies and procedures,

Monitor staff turnover and develop/ implement personnel retention initiatives,

Audit staff records to include but not limited to contracts of employment and associated legal personnel documentation,

Develop ongoing personnel motivation initiatives,

Manage the HR team under direction of HR Director.

  

Qualifications

 Advanced level of English proficiency (verbal and written),

Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as an HR Manager in medium or large sized organisations,

Extensive knowledge of Turkish labor legislation,

Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation,

Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills,

Strong decision-making skills,

Have a proven track record of delivering consistent results,

Be an analytical thinker and good observer,

Have strong ability to promote change and manage resistance and lead difficult conversations while maintaining working relationships,

Have ability to analyse business and performance needs and determine what solutions are required to address those needs,

Have personal integrity, behavioral flexibility, objectivity, self-confidence, tolerance for ambiguity.
