Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in employer branding,

• Good command of MS Office Programs,

• Self-motivated and client-oriented

• Strong organizing, problem solving and analytical thinking skills,

• Having positive approach and strong communication skills,

• Advanced level of English,

• For male candidates; military service should be completed.

Basic Functions:

• To prioritize the employee commitment and satisfaction and follow up the effect of all HR activities regarding this matter. Taking the necessary actions with the other HR Units, company executives and employees accordingly.

• Acting as the stakeholder of the company projects and activities to ensure the embracement of company’s long term transformation strategies by the employees

• Carry out activities for strengthening the corporate values and for ensuring a sustainable working culture

• Defining the company’s communication standards internationally to ensure a common communication language, managing all verbal/written/visual/digital communication accordingly

• Planning all happiness organizations and activities and managing the process with vendors 

• To ensure the participation of employees to corporate social activities in order to strenghten the work engagement and motivation,
