Qualifications,

• Graduated from Engineering or Business Administration departments of universities,

• Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and standards related to project management processes,

• Experienced in project planning, tracking and reporting,

• Knowledge and experience of PMI and ITIL standards and processes,

• Have previously used and experienced MS Project, Jira and/or TFS applications,

• Have practical experience and knowledge about Tübitak R&D Funding Programs (1707, 1509),

• Able to support improvement efforts for software development processes in line with the needs of the organization and work in coordination with the relevant teams,

• Experienced in Internal and External Customer Relationship Management,

• Have advanced skills in using English both verbally and in writing, in business life,

• Preferably with PMP certificate.

Basic Functions,

• In accordance with the requirements of the projects;

  -To take the necessary actions for the successful completion of the projects within the budget, scope and time plan, and to inform the management periodically.

  -To ensure coordination between departments and/or consultant firm(s).

  -Organizing the necessary meetings for the relevant working groups, following the tasks assigned to the teams.

  -Organizing the trainings to be given to the end users and ensuring the preparation of training materials.

  -Leading the creation of reporting and documentation,

  -To determine the points that need improvement for the healthy operation of the project processes from end to end, by observing PMI and ITIL standards, and to support improvement works under the umbrella of PMO.
