Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering,
- At least 3 years of category management / product management experience in e-commerce,
- Advanced level of written and spoken English,
- Excellent analyzing and organizing skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Excel applications,
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Basic Functions:
- Responsible for the presentation to consumer for website merchandising – including product information, online assortment, product sets, testing, and promotion & campaign setup based on merchandising calendar,
- Maintaining site navigation, including optimizing sorting / filters, creating / removing sub categories as needed in demandware based on merchandising and marketing strategies,
- Implementing, optimizing and executing the implementation of campaigns, and opportunities identified with web analytics tools,
- Reviewing onsite search behavior to constantly optimize onsite performance by merchandising the products within the search results to drive conversion,
- Proposing, preparing and monitoring merchandising AB tests; analyzing test results and presenting findings,
- Driving changes to online merchandising strategy based on customer and competitive insights, brand strategy and e-commerce objectives and initiatives.
Preferred Candidate
More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
