We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated in our Tax Department with the following qualifications;

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics
• 2+ years experienced
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong follow-up and timeliness

Roles&Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of current tax, social security and immigration legislation across the Global Tax and Legal function
• Recognizes the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client
• Collects, assimilates, and analyzes data and uses standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions in the Tax and Legal business
• Applies technology knowledge to address client business challenges
• Develops knowledge of service areas and global mobility service delivery model variations across clients and ensures compliance by understanding individual income tax, social security and immigration rules
• Prepares flowcharts, as-is summary reports, and equity incentive plans related to Country-Specific, Cross Border and Global Rewards
• Solicits and coordinates client input to determine direction and functionality of (GlobalAdvantage) GA applications
• Works with senior level of colleagues in harmony to ensure successful carrying over of duties
• Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact
• Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent
