You will oversee your own patient portfolio, refining your skills and converting leads into sales, benefiting from our commission-based reward scheme. Key Responsibilities
· Act as a key point of contact between the company and its patients.
· Build and maintain relationships with prospective patients.
· Interact with patients through multiple channels to deliver sales, including email, phone calls, and social media.
· Manage your own patient portfolio, connecting with new and existing patients to generate sales.
· Provide clear, comprehensive information about in relation to treatments, transfers, clinics and all other company services.
· Proactively address and resolve patient concerns, escalating to key personnel where necessary.
· Ensure timely and efficient responses to patients in full compliance with PDPL and GDPR guidelines.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
· Liaise with various third-party suppliers regarding patient enquiries, including treatment plans.
· Handle patient service issues to ensure a satisfactory and professional resolution.
· Identifying patient needs and ensuring helpful correspondence to ensure a positive outcome.
· Manage the patient relationship by handling enquiries and keeping detailed records of all communications/ actions.
· Consult with key personnel and apply their suggestions to help drive your sales performance.
· Maintain a positive and professional approach toward all sales leads and patients, fostering satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
· Thoroughly review all lead correspondence, providing effective, detailed, and timely responses through the appropriate channels, ensuring every question is answered.
· Proactively address and resolve patient concerns, escalating matters to key personnel where necessary.
Competences
· Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, including strong reading and comprehension skills.
· A strong understanding of customer service standards with a genuine ‘patient first’ mindset.
· Ability to liaise confidently with different departments, clinics, and third-party suppliers regarding patient enquiries.
· A collaborative team player with strong communication skills suited to a corporate environment.
· Positive, energetic, and adaptable attitude, with excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to participate in ongoing training and to continuously develop and improve skills.
· Experience with Microsoft Office programs, CRM, and ERP systems is preferred but not essential.
