We are currently looking for a Thai Operations Specialist to join our growing team and support our financial operations in a dynamic international environment.

Job Description

• Monitor and manage customer accounts through internal systems and software,
• Analyze requests from different business units and execute the necessary operational processes,
• Prepare various reports in line with management requirements,
• Follow up, process, and report fund transfer transactions accurately and on time,
• Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with internal procedures,
• Support daily financial operations and coordinate with relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field,
• Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken) or Thai nationality preferred,
• Proficient in MS Office applications and general computer usage,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Team-oriented and detail-focused,
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• No restrictions for shift-based working arrangements if required.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience: No specific experience requirement (fresh graduates are welcome to apply),
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or above,
