A Sales Support Specialist to be assigned to the sales organization of the fair we have organized in Turkey

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in BA, Engineering ,Communication, Marketing, Economics)
• Minimum 3 years office experience, in Sales is a plus 
• Command of written and spoken English
• Having sales potentials
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Planning and coordination skills
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Capable of multiple work  and team spirit oriented
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Travel-free

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordinate office support services of fair sales organizations
• Communicate with exhibitors and prepare the  exhibitor lists
• Support all office needs and communications of sales team before and during fair terms
• Ensure coordination  of printed materials with Marketing Department
• Prepare performance reports before and after fair terms
• Coordinated work with Sales Executives and complete the assigned tasks
• Conduct market and sector research
• Prepare and follow up fair sales offers, contracts and reports
