QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Implant Sales Manager to be assigned to the Ankara-based company of our DIO IMPLANT company, which is affiliated to the South Korean stock exchange KOSDAQ and is one of the largest implant manufacturers in the Asia Pacific region.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Health
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Developed corporate representation ability and sense of belonging, able to manage a team
• Planning and organization & time management skills
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, quality focused and efficient way of work, open to growth,
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of team management
  
• Preferably experienced in sales-oriented negotiations with dentists, hospitals, clinics and other VIP clients, have a portfolio
• Knowledge of the English language at least intermediate level and above
  
• Have an interest in digital implant systems and have basic knowledge

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out the necessary studies in order to achieve the sales targets in line with the company's strategy and plans and to increase the current sales performances
• To find potential customers by directing the sales team and to recruit new dentists and dental clinics to our existing customer portfolio
• To make the necessary presentations and informations about the products and services we offer to dentists in order to ensure sales continuity
• To make suggestions to increase sales and brand strength 
• To resolve disputes with customers by taking customer satisfaction and solution-oriented actions
• To report to the company management about the goals, plans and results of work
