Qualifications:

• University Degree in Tourism&Hotel Management is preferred,
• Minimum 4 years experience in similar position
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous,
• Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• General Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Opera)•Good team player, working well with other departments and co-workers,
• Ability to promote positive relationship with all guests,
• Strong communication skills.
• Male candidates should be completed military service
