We’re looking for talented multi task oriented executive assistant for D Maris Bay Hotel Manager & Vice President of D Hotelier

Reporting to D Maris Bay Hotel Manager & Vice President Of D.Hotelier 

Acting as a point of contact, communicates directly between top level management and Hotel managers

Managing daily schedules, coordinating all travel bookings & meetings for top level management team

Preparing presentations, making reservations for special guests

Working not only as an executive assistant but also personal assistant for his or her superiors

Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

 QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.

Ability to work in high paced working environment

Multi task & result oriented point of view

Attention to details 

Excellent level in English is a must both in  written and verbal communication (excellent level of German is a plus) 

Having high level of time management & stress management competency
