Döhler Turkey is looking for a "Customer Service Specialist" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications; 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade departments or closely related field, 
• Min. 3 years experience on customer service and sales operations (food&beverage market experience is preferred), 
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Good team player, strong communication skills, 
• Analytical thinking with innovative point of view, 
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility, 
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Being responsible for all customer service and sales operations for domestic sales,
• Creating contracts and orders in the system, 
• Working closely with planning and production departments,
• Making shipment organization based on customer’s orders, 
• Preparing necessary documents, 
• Follow up shipments,  
• Controlling all related invoices regarding transport and forwarding to finance department, 
• Being responsible for sample requests, follow up and organisation.
