WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development, leasing, or location management, preferably in the retail / food sector,
• Knowledge of leasing processes and contract management,
• Familiarity with shopping mall and street retail dynamics,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills,
• Good presentation and reporting skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills,
• Active driver with no travel restrictions,
• Team player with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.

WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?

• Manage the search and leasing processes for new restaurant locations in line with the company’s growth targets,
• Manage leasing processes for both street locations and shopping malls,
• Coordinate leasing and contract procedures for new restaurant openings,
• Follow up existing lease agreements, including renewal, rent reduction, and termination processes,
• Prepare related reports and presentations for the real estate portfolio,
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with landlords, shopping mall managements, and other stakeholders,
• Work in coordination with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Architecture teams,
• Follow developments in the real estate market and evaluate new location opportunities,
• Identify location opportunities that support company standards and profitability,
• Maintain strong landlord and neighborhood relations for existing restaurants.
