IT Manager
About Job
DoubleTree by Hilton İstanbul – Moda is seeking an experienced, innovative, and solution-oriented IT Manager who will oversee our technology operations and contribute to enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the hotel’s entire IT infrastructure, network systems, and server and hardware infrastructure operations
• Ensure the sustainability of PMS, POS, Micros, OnQ, and other hotel systems,
• Conduct information security, data backup, and access management processes in accordance with Hilton standards,
• Monitor system performance and manage maintenance, update, and improvement processes
• Provide effective technical support to all departments and minimize operational disruptions,
• Ensure full compliance with legal requirements related to IT management and information security
• Manage the IT budget, license management, procurement, and vendor processes,
• Collaborate with regional and global Hilton IT teams,
• Lead digital transformation, automation, and technology development projects,
• Ensure the implementation of Hilton brand standards, audit processes, and IT compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field,
• At least 5 years of IT management experience in international hotel chains,
• Knowledge of networks, firewalls, server management, Microsoft infrastructure, and cybersecurity,
• Possess up-to-date technical knowledge and technology proficiency,
• Ability to plan ahead and develop alternative solutions for potential risks and outages,
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
