Group & Events Sales Coordinator | DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Umraniye

We are looking for a Group & Events Sales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to strengthening the high level of service we provide to our guests and the operational culture we have built in line with Hilton standards.

In this role, you will support the Sales team throughout the entire process, from the initial communication of group and event inquiries to the completion of each organization. You will play an active role in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, follow up on, and coordinate group and event inquiries with the relevant departments.

• Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, reservations, and event details.

• Follow up on the operational processes of group and event organizations.

• Respond to guest requests in accordance with Hilton service standards.

• Ensure effective communication between the Sales team, Operations, and other relevant departments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and hotel systems.

• Conduct the necessary checks before and after events.

• Contribute to developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.

Qualifications

• University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in group and events sales operations.

• Good command of English.

• Proficiency in MS Office programs; familiarity with hotel systems is preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach.

• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
