GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced level of English (a second foreign language is an asset),

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry,

• Proficient in using the ONQ system,

• Capable of handling all guest requests and needs during welcoming, hosting, and farewell processes,

• Able to collect guest feedback throughout their stay and ensure proper reporting,

• Strong focus on guest satisfaction with a solution-oriented approach,

• Excellent communication skills with clear diction,

• Able to work in shift-based schedules,

• A strong team player with a professional appearance and positive attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting guests throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out,

• Ensuring personalized service and follow-up for VIP and repeat guests,

• Handling guest requests and complaints in coordination with relevant departments,

• Reporting guest feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction,

• Performing all guest relations duties in line with Hilton brand standards.
