We are seeking an International Sales Specialist to join our team in the Health / Medical sector. This role involves working in a dynamic and innovative environment, focusing on expanding our international market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining remote and in-office work, providing flexibility and a balanced work-life experience.



General Qualifications
  • High school graduate
  • Proficiency in English, Russian, and German (Good level)
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiarity with international sales processes and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as required


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective international sales strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the international market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and track progress
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors
  • Adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly
