We are looking for a Country Service Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established global company operating in an international industrial environment.
The Country Service Manager is responsible for leading and developing all Customer Service activities at country level, ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainable service business growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
? Manage and coordinate all country-level service operations, including maintenance, warranty, and service contracts.
? Lead, coach, and develop the local Service team, including Field Service Engineers and Technicians.
? Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and execution of service interventions.
? Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical and customer-related issues.
? Monitor installed base performance and customer satisfaction.
? Drive continuous improvement initiatives for service processes and KPIs.
? Coordinate spare parts availability, logistics, and service-related supply chain activities.
? Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Headquarters functions.
? Contribute to service revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
PROFILE
? University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related fields).
? Proven experience in Service / After Sales or technical service leadership roles.
? Strong command of English and Turkish (written and spoken).
? Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
? Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
? Results-driven, accountable, and proactive leadership style.
? Assertive, credible, and able to influence teams through competence and positive leadership.
