Your Role:
You'll play a pivotal role in our mission to transform the fashion industry for the better. Your responsibilities will include leading and delivering technical services - including diagnostic assessments, audits, training sessions, and consultancy visits – focused on chemical compliance, wet textile processing, and process optimization. Your expertise will contribute to a more sustainable future for the fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
Technical Delivery & Quality Oversight:
- Conduct on-site and remote audits, assessments, and consultancy in the areas of chemical management, textile wet processing, and operational efficiency (helping textile facilities to improve by reducing water use, minimizing rework, improving process speed, and ensuring more consistent product quality.
- Plan and deliver technical training sessions to internal expert teams, tailored to site-specific or program-wide objectives.
- Review and approve consultancy reports, action plans, and process improvement documents for technical robustness and data integrity.
- Perform quality assurance evaluations at validated mills, focusing on the accuracy of reported data, adherence to process controls, and implementation of plans.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for company's experts—resolving inquiries, offering methodological support, and ensuring alignment with service frameworks.
Business & Operational support
Participate in report/template revision committees, contributing to the design and review of tools used for diagnostic assessments, wrap-up sessions, and final client reports to ensure technical accuracy and traceability
Identify and propose service optimization opportunities, supporting company's quality and innovation roadmap.
Prepare and submit consultancy assessment reports, training records, and project end reports according to defined procedure and timelines
Accurately record service hours, travel time, and project costs in internal systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in various Textile wet processing operations, Dyehouse and Chemical Management and Process diagnostics and performance improvement
- BA Degree in Textiles Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Textile wet processing, waste water treatment plans.
- In-depth understanding of chemical and dyestuff compliance standards, including MRSL/RSL requirements of global brands and retailers.
- Familiarity with textile manufacturing utilities, production infrastructure, and environmental controls.
- No travel restriction nationally and internationally (up to %75 of working time)
- Fluency in English and local language, with strong written and communication skills required
- Good at communication and reporting skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Skills.
- Preferably who lives in Tekirdağ, Istanbul, Bursa, İzmir or open to relocate to these cities.
- Active driver (driving licence B Class)
