As ECE Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş. we are currently managing and leasing out 10 Shopping Centers.

For our Shopping Centers in İstanbul, we are looking for dedicated, qualified, and experienced professionals who want to advance within a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive work environment while contributing to major shopping center projects as a Deputy Technical Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Manager and receive training for a future role in an upcoming Shopping Center project.

• Oversee the maintenance of technical equipment such as escalators, elevators, heating and cooling systems, and participate in daily technical operations.

• Manage and coordinate with the technical team, security, and cleaning service providers of the Shopping Center.

• Prepare and monitor the budget for common areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in a similar role within large-scale operations such as shopping centers, 5-star hotels, or factories is an advantage.

• Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus.

• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
