We are looking for a dynamic, technology-oriented Key Account Manager to join our growing team and strengthen relationships with our international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering 

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with strong spoken and written communication skills to work effectively in global markets 

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in a similar position 

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills 

• Knowledge of practices and standards in the automotive, agriculture, and hydraulic industries 

• Valid Class B driver’s license 

• No restrictions for international travel 

• Additional knowledge of German or French is considered an advantage

Job Description

• Identify and analyze new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships through customer visits and market development activities 

• Manage incoming RFQs (Requests for Quotation) carefully and maintain strong communication with customers throughout the quotation process 

• Follow projects from quotation to order stage and ensure effective coordination among related departments 

• Participate actively in marketing and business development activities aligned with the company’s growth strategy 

• Contribute to digital transformation and process improvement projects within Business Development operations 

• Prepare regular reports and present project and business development updates to management transparently and effectively

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 3 years 

• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree (Student or Graduate) 

• Languages: 

o English — Advanced (Reading, Writing, Speaking) 

o German or French — Preferred 

• Driving License: Class B
