Sales and Marketing Section Manager

YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, currently operational. The company is active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees. We are looking for aSales and Marketing Section Manager to lead, supervise, and drive our domestic sales team and operational processes in line with the company’s regional targets.

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise the domestic sales and marketing team to ensure target alignment and high performance.

• Oversee the execution of domestic sales strategies, ensuring product- and region-based targets are met across the local market.

• Manage and deepen relations with domestic customer accounts and local dealer networks through regular on-site visits and professional coordination.

• Supervise the end-to-end sales cycle, including commercial proposals, contract management, order tracking, logistics alignment, and local receivables.

• Coordinate closely with production planning, quality, and logistics departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction in the domestic market.

• Collect and evaluate domestic market intelligence, competitor activities, and local customer feedback to provide operational reports to upper management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, with at least 2–3 years of proven supervisory or team management experience.

• Solid experience within the steel, stainless steel, or metal processing industry is mandatory.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

• Active driver (Class B license) with a willingness to travel domestically.

• Completed military service for male candidates.
