Quality Control Representative

We are seeking a Quality Control Representative to join our team in the Quality sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. 

As a Quality Control Representative, you will lead a team of quality professionals, develop and implement quality control processes, and work closely with other departments to ensure that our products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. General Qualifications

• Graduated from universities, preferably from Industrial Engineering, Chemistry - Biology Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering departments.
• At least 5 years, at most 8 years of experience in a Quality Control Director position.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of quality professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of implementing successful quality control processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to drive quality improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure the effective operation of the Quality Management System,

• It conducts all its activities in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 policies and objectives, as well as the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 documentation,

• Determining ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 objectives, and implementing corrective and improvement activities,
• Ensures necessary coordination with the official certification bodies,
• Periodically organizes training sessions related to the quality management system and its applications,
• Monitors the currency of all domestic and international standards. Ensures that the current standard is implemented within the organization.

For quality control of materials used in production,

• Prepares material specifications in collaboration with the Plant Manager,
• Ensures that employees are knowledgeable about MSDSs and that MSDSs are easily accessible,
• Prepares and maintains test instructions regarding the controls to be applied during the incoming material process and on final products,

To ensure efficiency and quality in production processes,

• Ensures that all team members work in accordance with quality systems and policies,
• Verifies the accuracy and suitability of components and equipment used in product quality control and ensures that the correct materials are used,
• Monitors process performance criteria on a monthly basis,
• Ensures the control of non-conforming products and the implementation and follow-up of corrective and improvement actions, Approves the shipment of conforming products to the finished goods warehouse,
• Collects scrap and rejection reports and performs the necessary statistical analyses

To ensure continuous customer satisfaction,

• Manages processes related to customer requests and complaints.
