Finance Specialist (Temporary)

One of the most important factors that enable us to grow continuously is our successful teamwork. We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Finance Specialist in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Ensuring 100% accuracy in financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and system uploads,
• Processing daily operations within established deadlines and completing month-end closures on schedule,
• Maintaining flawless data flow between virtual payment supplier, SAP, and SAX platforms,
• Supporting positive customer relationships through accurate account management and timely reconciliations,
• Ensuring all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards,
• Facilitating effective cross-departmental coordination to support overall business operations,
• Account Reconciliation & Closing; perform balance closing entries for customer accounts at period-end or as needed.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a similar field,
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a collection, treasury, banking or finance department,
• General knowledge of Business Online Payment products and services,
• SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Fluent English language knowledge is a must,
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel,
• Demonstrate effective communication skills to communicate with other departments, especially by Global function units.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong negotiating skills, conflict management and critical reasoning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Decision-making behaviour/responsibility.
