We are seeking anElectrical Site Supervisor to join our team inKırklareli / Kıyıköy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and contribute to our projects through their technical expertise and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
•  Minimum 8 years of field experience in electrical maintenance and repair processes within the oil and gas industry, including at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role leading teams.
• Proven experience in site management, and in coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of work scheduling, quantity surveying, progress payments, cost estimation, material management, and inventory tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Thorough understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and site practices.
•  Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Able to adapt to a demanding and dynamic site working environment.
• People who live in or may potentially live in Kırklareli.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
• No travel restrictions for domestic or international assignments.

Job Description

• Review construction and engineering drawings (architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical) to ensure all site works comply with project requirements and technical specifications while coordinating overall site operations.
• Plan and allocate manpower, including blue-collar personnel and engineers, for both planned and unplanned maintenance and repair activities.
• Analyze projects to develop practical and standards-compliant solutions to technical site issues; coordinate revision processes with relevant engineers regarding incomplete or inaccurate project details.
• Ensure project execution in line with defined schedule, budget, and quality objectives; undertake all technical, administrative, and legal responsibilities required of the site supervisor position. 
• Coordinate and oversee requests received from business partners in accordance with project plans.
• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the site's technical teams, field personnel, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration among all parties.
• Coordinate project documentation processes and ensure they are executed in a structured and timely manner.
• Manage commissioning, testing, acceptance, and handover activities within the project site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules (progress reports), monitor planned versus actual performance, and report progress to management.
• Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations on site and monitor their effective implementation.
