We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist who will play a key role in managing and developing our end-to-end HR processes, contributing to our organizational growth by driving effective people practices and enhancing employee experience across all functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources
• Hands-on experience across key HR functions including recruitment, learning & development,  employee engagement, and organizational development
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong command of English
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, representation, and coordination abilities
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly results-driven with strong follow-up skills

Job Description

To ensure the effective, efficient, and sustainable execution of all human resources processes; to actively contribute to business objectives by taking part in all HR functions, from recruitment to learning & development, from employee experience to organizational development.

• Handling day-to-day HR operations across multiple areas within the employee lifecycle
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Conducting training needs analysis and preparing annual training plans
• Planning and coordinating internal and external training programs
• Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Creating, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
• Coordinating operational processes such as leave management and employee benefits 
• Ensuring compliance with KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and all applicable labor regulations
