Role Description

 This is a hybrid role for a Field Engineer. The Field Engineer will be responsible for structural engineering, fastener calculations, and specification tasks for various projects

Tasks

•       Design, engineering and documentation of Ejot products for projects around the globe
•      Finding conceptual solutions for design challenges on the construction
•       Structurally proving system components using provided software and calculation tools
•       Collaborating closely with our sales team to achieve the best technical and commercial solutions for our clients
•      Representing the company at external project meetings and technical presentations

Profile

•      Degree in Civil Engineering or a related structural engineering field
•       Knowledge and understanding of the Eurocode, EN standards and approval documents
•      Ready to learn and dedicated to work very responsible and meticulous
•       Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
•       Experience using AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software
•      Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and show a high level of ownership
•      Fluency in English both written and spoken
•      Residing in or able to commute regularly to Istanbul
•      Valid Category B Driver's License

Optional / nice to have

•  Experience within the area of the construction industry
• Background in providing support for technical sales, structural engineering or customer-facing engineering roles
• Experience with structural analysis software
