Creative Director (Make Up)

We’re getting ready to make a difference in the beauty world with our upcoming make up brand in Istanbul and Dubai! We're looking for a  Creative Director for Make Up who can bring our creative vision to life and add an aesthetic touch to our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Creating make-up brand identity (logo, color palette, corporate style guide)
• Preparing corporate design materials such as digital campaigns, brochures, posters and catalogues
• Developing product packaging and label designs
• Preparing original visuals and templates for social media content
• Providing visual support for website
• Actively participating in creative brainstorming and offering new ideas
• Developing sales-oriented creative ideas based on make-up market trends and competitor analysis to integrate sector developments

Requirements:

• Education in art design (make-up) or related fields
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in art design (make-up)
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in packaging design
• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to generate original ideas
• Interest in the beauty/cosmetics sector and trend awareness
• Team-oriented, creative, and solution-focused
