Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of company systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and support activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experienced in Odoo System
• English knowledge is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
