QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material and Metalurgical Engineering or Industry Engineering
• Preferably having working experience in automotive sector,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented and fast in action but with detailed planning,
• Customer oriented problem solver who can identify to root causes and recommend corrective actions,
• ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 16949 Internal Auditor certificated,
• Preferably have knowledge of Core Tools (MSA, APQP PPAP, SPC.)
• Great aptitude for continues learning and self-development,
• Team worker and strong communication skills,
• Residing or to be residing Kocaeli or İstanbul (Asia),
• No military obligation for male candidates.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Ensuring company-wide coordination for the follow-up of management systems (9001, 14001, 45001, 16949 etc.) and the establishment of new systems that may be in the future, 
• Providing training and contributing to the preparation of relevant documentation by providing information and data flow between consultants and relevant department representatives.
• Controlling the implementation of procedures and instructions for the relevant departments at company locations, providing necessary information, and ensuring that all employees are aware of the requirements of management systems.
•  To ensure that necessary revisions are made by following the changes in the standards related to the management systems and to inform the relevant people.
•  Researching the standards for general management or product quality assurance in line with customer demands, creating the application requirements and budget, contributing to the effective decision making of the senior management and related units within the company by forming an opinion on its applicability.
• To make annual internal audit plans, to announce them throughout the organization, to ensure that they are carried out on time and with the necessary participation,
• Controlling the publication of documents related to all management systems in a format in accordance with the relevant management system requirements,
• For reviewing and approving purchase contracts, quality manuals, confidentiality agreements, technical specifications, etc. special contracts from customers; Distributing duties to the relevant persons and ensuring that their approvals are obtained,
• Defining all process flows throughout the company and ensuring that the development requirements are reviewed, following the implementation of the decisions taken to improve the process
