Marketing Specialist

ELECTRA IC is looking for a Marketing Specialist to plan and deliver marketing and communications activities for ELECTRA IC, its affiliated company TEGRA IC, and its e-commerce website FPGAPro.com.

You will promote our engineering services, technology products, and training programmes, working closely with management, engineering teams, and external partners to create clear marketing content and deliver well-organised activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing planning: Maintain the marketing calendar, contribute to annual plans and budgets, and track activities and expenditure against agreed priorities.
• Trade fairs and exhibitions: Take ownership of planning and coordinating domestic and international trade fair participation, including budgets, stand projects, and promotional materials. Maintain professional communication and diligent follow-up with government and public institutions, organisers, and contractors, ensuring the company is represented to a high standard.
• Content and communications: Create content in Turkish and English for product launches, company announcements, press releases, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Work with engineering teams to communicate technical products and services clearly.
• Digital channels and advertising: Manage social media content and keep corporate websites, e-commerce product pages, and partner listings up to date. Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including targeting, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Visual materials: Create brochures, marketing visuals and basic videos using Canva or similar tools, and coordinate professional design, photography, and video production when needed.
• Events and media relations: Coordinate webinars, sponsorships, and other corporate events, and organise press coverage and interviews with industry publications and partners.
• Supplier management: Brief and coordinate agencies, designers, and other suppliers, ensuring deliverables accurately reflect our company, brands, and products and meet agreed quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
• Reporting and customer data: Monitor marketing results and competitor activity, and recommend improvements. Maintain accurate records of customers who have consented to receive marketing communications, including consent and unsubscribe updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Min. 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, corporate communications, and/or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Practical experience in social media management, content creation, and website content updates.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Ability to create marketing visuals using Canva or similar tools.
• Strong planning and project coordination skills, with careful budget management and consistent follow-through.
• Professional judgement and confidence in communicating with public institutions, business partners, and suppliers.
• Ability to work with technical teams and manage multiple brands, projects, and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in technology, electronics, engineering, or defence.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international trade fairs.
• Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with basic video editing and coordinating creative production.
