Main Responsibilities:

• Understanding and analyzing as-is process, defining problems and root causes
• Identifying opportunities, determining business requirements and design solutions and preparing the process documents
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as sales, product, operations and development team
• Ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and IT team
• Creating test scenarios and conducting the test processes
• Providing creative and innovative ideas and solutions in a dynamic environment
• Researching the best practices from the other CRM systems and adapting the relevant ones into our services

Profile:

• +3 years experience in CRM / business solution design
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics or equivalent departments of universities
• Strong analytical skills,excellent knowledge of MS Office and effective documentation skills
• Experience with CRM tools like Microsoft 360, Salesforce etc.
• Good knowledge of design tools like Visio, Miro etc.
• Strong communications skills
• Result oriented, self-motivated, energetic and customer focused mindset
