QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or technical sales within the automotive OEM or Tier-1 suppliers
- Experience in plastic or metal part sales
- Advanced level of English (a second foreign language is an asset)
- Experience in customer relationship management, RFQ and capacity/time scheduling
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality systems
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- No restriction for domestic or international travel
- Holds a valid B-class driver’s license and is an active driver
- Strong representation and communication skills
- For male candidates: military service must be completed
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage sales and quotation processes for automotive OEM and Tier-1 customers
- Identify and contact potential customers, manage technical and commercial relations, and acquire new business opportunities
- Develop and present business development strategies to management
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic actions
- Manage the existing customer portfolio
- Prepare quotes, cost analyses, and pricing for new product projects
- Analyze customer-specific requirements and provide technical and commercial solutions
- Ensure coordination during new product launch processes
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports
