QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledgeable about Front Office operations

• Able to communicate effectively in English

• Aiming to consistently enhance service quality

• Enjoys problem-solving

• Adopts a friendly and welcoming service approach

• Strong communication skills

• Team-oriented

• Holds a Class B driving license and actively drives

• Possesses a Valet Professional Qualification Certificate

• Able to work in a shift-based system

• Respects guest privacy

• For male candidates, completion of military service is required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcoming guests and delivering their luggage to rooms

• Providing comprehensive information about the hotel and guest rooms

• Assisting guests during departure and loading luggage into vehicles

• Ensuring vehicles are parked in the designated parking areas

• Supporting the Front Office department when needed
