We are looking for Project Management Office Associate teammate to be assigned to the Ankara Office of Endoks, Turkey's leading company in the field of electrical power quality and the digital transformation of electrical energy generation, distribution and consumption.

A Project Management Office (also called PMO) is an office within our organization that defines and maintains standards for project management. The Project Management Office provides guidance and standards in the execution of projects.

As a PMO, the primary goal is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management, procedures, policies, methods and tools to support project teams across an entire organization and add value to it.

General qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related departments from universities
• PMP certification is a plus
• Broad understanding of electrical systems infrastructure, protection & distribution requirements, industrial practices & contracts, financial planning, and budget/cost/schedule management etc
• Have understanding general occupational health and safety
• Highly motivated with strong people management and business skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving and teamwork skills
• Good command of the English language (written & spoken)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Job Description:

• Maintains relationships with project personnel, particularly with individual discipline group leaders and engineers
• Reports to and receives technical and operational guidance from Director
• Ensures all projects are implemented in accordance with the design and responds timely to questions related to field conditions
• Develop and/or review electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts
• Lead day to day Design (where applicable) and site management of significant elements of IBMS and electrical interface works on projects, including procurement, installation, and commissionin
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion
• Coordinates with all departments to ensure understanding of total project schedule needs
• Oversees start-end dates and Project Closeout materials
• Prepares agendas, develops and maintains scope, business requirements, performance specifications, procurement strategy, safety plan, master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met
• Monitors cost recording, monitoring, and reporting practices for compliance with applicable standardsPrepares specific budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures
• Ensures all punch list work is completed in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, support Sales with initial and follow-up quotations for customers, interface and coordinate with other plants and business units within the company and outside vendors to procure parts and services for the district
• Promote best practice and support & develop project team to maximise efficiency & effective delivery
• To support the project management in establishing the occupational health and safety structuring of the projects and meeting the occupational health and safety requirements and expectations of the project employer / consultant along with the legal requirements.
