QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a strictly related field,
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in land, boundary, and construction surveying, preferably within oil & gas or large-scale industrial facilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Geomatics, GNSS, 3D laser scanning, and adjustment calculations (error analysis).
• Advanced proficiency in CAD and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• Proven experience in supervising junior field crews, managing project budgets, and coordinating with engineers, architects, and clients.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a keen eye for detail and property defect diagnosis.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to adapt to the demands of a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IT and modern surveying technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of Boundary Law and legal surveying principles.
• Can achieve Security Clearance (BPSS).
• Hold or can achieve CCNSG Safety Passport or HS&E MAPS.
• Fluent in English.
