Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields,
• Strong knowledge and experience in budgeting, financial planning, TFRS/IFRS reporting, cost accounting, and management accounting,
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in budgeting and reporting, preferably with experience in independent audit processes,
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budget control, and management reporting,
• Experience in preparing financial reports and analyses for senior management, Holding companies, and financial institutions,
• Experience or familiarity with financial reporting processes involving overseas group companies,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience with SAP is a must, preferably the FM module, and advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial data,
• Results-oriented, solution-focused, with strong planning and organizational skills,
• Strong communication and coordination skills with different departments,
• Strong team player with the ability to guide and support colleagues and contribute to their professional development when needed,
• Strong follow-up, prioritization, and process management skills,

Job Description

• Follow up and coordinate the annual budgeting and financial planning processes in collaboration with relevant departments,
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actual analyses, identify and analyze budget variances, evaluate their underlying reasons with relevant departments, and report findings to management,
• Prepare and follow up on financial analyses, reports, and presentations requested by senior management, Holding companies, and various financial institutions,
• Prepare analyses on revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, investments, and operational performance indicators, and present the results to management,
• Conduct department-based expense analyses, monitor budget performance, and manage follow-up and action processes with relevant departments,
• Coordinate monthly closing processes with the Accounting and Finance departments and ensure that financial data is accurately and timely reflected in reporting processes,
• Contribute to financial reporting processes in accordance with TFRS/IFRS and perform the required analyses,
• Support the reporting and financial processes of overseas group companies, coordinate communication with international teams, and ensure the integration of periodic reporting into group reporting processes,
• Lead process improvement initiatives related to budgeting and reporting and contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the existing reporting infrastructure,
• Develop financial and operational analyses to support management decision-making,
• Support the planning, prioritization, and effective execution of tasks within the budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis processes,
• Coordinate activities within the team and provide guidance and mentoring to team members when required,
• Collaborate effectively with relevant departments to ensure that budgeting and reporting processes are completed accurately and on time.
