QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

• University degree
• Advanced level in English and French or German or Italian, Spanish or Dutch language
• Proficiency in MS Office applications with prior experience in CRM programs,
• Highly energetic, prone to teamwork
• Solution oriented
• To be able to follow the sales at the best level
• Highly motivated, ambitious, have goals and good time management
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours
• Ability to learn about services and treatments and describe/explain them to patients,
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills and convince easily over the phone,
• Proven sales record of outbound sales agent,
• Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness,
• At least 2 years of experience in sales within 1 year of experience in a dental health tourism sector

Job Description:

• Contacting potential customers to inform them about our services and treatments.
• Following up with the patient all along the sales process.
• Collecting all the information about the customer in order to close the deal,
• Providing all the informations needed to the customer about our treatment plans
• Preparing and sharing price quotations to patients for their medical packages,
• Other tasks given by management.
