As part of our growing international patient operations, we are looking for a team member to work the night shift at Çakmak Erdem Hospital, who will be responsible for managing international patients' pre-operative and post-operative processes, as well as handling communication and interpreting services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately, impartially, and completely interpret doctor–patient consultations.

• Manage communication throughout all stages of patients' treatment processes.

• Monitor operation schedules, room information, and daily surgical workflows.

• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding transfer and accommodation arrangements.

• Update patient records in a timely and accurate manner.

• Adopt a solution-oriented approach to ensure patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Turkish, with the ability to facilitate effective communication while taking cultural differences into account.

• Knowledge of French, in addition to English and Turkish, will be considered a valuable asset.

• Availability and willingness to work the week days and Sundays.

• Previous experience in health tourism or a hospital setting is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.

• Disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
