Job Description:

• Manage customer complaints,
• Transfer new product information and details to the team,
• Providing support to the superior on the supply chain management,
• Arrange and audit the operational processes,
• Contact with the supplier and audit the supply processes,
• Enter the sales data to the system,
• Manage monthly goal and sales data and report to superior,
• Ensuring coordination between new stores and warehouses and open the stores in accordance with the brand standards,
• Managing country-based export compliance processes,
• Monitoring store and brand standards in foreign stores and reporting to relevant departments,
• Checking the complete delivery of export documents to all customers,
• Preparing the necessary files weekly after shipments and sharing them with customers.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Graduated from a university,
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Able to flexible and busy working hours,
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic,
• For male candidates, done with military duty.
